Analice Schwartz is the LRCP Project Manager at implementing partner Juárez and Associates. She has over ten years of experience researching mechanisms to improve access to quality basic education, cash transfer programs, best practices in capacity building to improve learning outcomes in early grades, remedial education, early childhood education policy and programs and education reform. Previously, she worked as a consultant for the World Bank writing desk reviews, research and analysis of selected project documents in the areas of health, high education and early childhood development. Dr. Schwartz holds an Ed.D. in Education Policy and Administration and a MA in International Education both from the George Washington University, a MS in General Education Studies from State University of New York at Albany, and a BA in Portuguese Teaching and Linguistics from State University of Campinas (UNICAMP) in Brazil.
