
Juan Luis Córdova, LRCP Regional Director, has more than 10 years of experience leading strategy design and senior-level project management in the education and development sectors in the Latin American and Caribbean region. He also has ample experience in institutional reforms and negotiations in post-conflict and culturally sensitive settings. His most recent position was as Acting Director of the Basic Education Division at USAID/Guatemala. Mr. Córdova is experienced in networking within the development community, is proactive, able to build consensus, and has a proven record of leading technical services divisions. He holds degrees in Economics and Development Studies, with cross-cultural, private sector, and international experience and is fluent in English, French and Spanish.
